Dice DaVinci Releases New Music, Discusses Grief, Losing Friends, and New Album

On "Hard Knock Life", Dice discusses spending time with his girl while maintaining the struggles of everyday life. Born on the Southwest side of Houston, Texas, Dice isn't too unfamiliar with the drugs and violence that run through the streets he grew up on. In 2008, Dice was arrested on charges of felony possession of a firearm. Two years later he was arrested for failure to complete deferred adjudication and was facing 10 years if found guilty. Dice somehow escaped the jail time and over the years, he focused on his music, tattooing, and art. Earlier this year, Dice DaVinci, inked a record deal with EBMG, a record label founded by Hip Hop legend Eric B (Eric B & Rakim), where he will be releasing his first album "The Bigger Picture".

"No matter what I went through, if I was up or down, my girl was the only one who didnt turn on me or switch up" says Dice. "I lost my mom to cancer, and eventually most of my friends due to grief and not knowing how to deal with sh**. It's not too many women that can hold you down through something like that without folding."

Dice also recently became president of Eric B Music Group, a company that helps independent acts publish and distribute their music worldwide. Since launching, the company has worked with many independent artist from all over the U.S. and Canada. Even with his new business ventures, Dice seems to be really struck by the idea of being in love. On his instagram, he posted a clip in the studio, singing another song dedicated to his "lady":

Dice also featured on "Caught Up" with Dernor and Lil Mark, where the trio discuss going to, and avoiding jail. Follow Dice Davinci and stay tuned for new music from his upcoming project, "The Bigger Picture" set to release early 2021.
