Three years after their split, Jesse Williams and Aryn Drake-Lee have finalized their divorce.
Per court documents obtained by People on Thursday, the “Grey’s Anatomy” star and the real estate broker were deemed legally single by a Los Angeles County judge last Friday.
In their agreement — initially reached in September 2019 — the actor has been ordered to pay Drake-Lee $40,000 a month in child support, as well as over $100,000 in two upcoming spousal support payments.
However, Williams will keep the $936,810 he earned from his ABC show after their date of separation, listed as April 11, 2017.
While his other earnings will be split, Drake-Lee will keep their Los Angeles house. Additionally, the two will keep their respective vehicles.
The exes will also share joint legal and physical custody of daughter Sadie, 6, and son Maceo, 5, but must communicate before posting pictures of their children on social media.
Williams and Drake-Lee — who tied the knot in September 2012 — have had a tumultuous split after Jesse filed for divorce in April 2017.
In June 2018, Williams was ordered to pay more than $50,000 a month in child support, as well as $50,695 a month in spousal support that he had paid Drake-Lee since that January.
